What an awesome product! It really did only take 20 minutes. The wire fisher for the bolts worked really well. The hitch is sturdy and I was able to do it all by myself. No need to jack up up the car or anything. Glad I had a torque wrench to ensure I hit the 75 lbs per bolt. Great, great product! Very good price.

The hitch I ordered for my 2001 Dodge Neon works great in carrying my Saris Thelma bike rack. It is difficult to find hitches for compact cars so I am very pleased with my purchase of this hitch from hitchsource.com. One installation item of note: Make sure you tighten the bolts in the frame rail evenly by alternating tightening of the 4 bolts. The rack will rattle at bumps if it is not tightened properly.

This hitch took me twenty minutes to install on my Dodge Neon, with my three year old girl as my "HELPER". It was very easy even with extra hands. It has already paid for itself in one trip that I didn't have to use my 454 big block. Great hitch, great value, and great people to work with.

The trailer hitch went on without a hitch... haha (pun intended).

It looked heavy duty and was packed well with all the neccessary hardware and parts needed, even the pin and ball mount. I just had to get a ball for my trailer.
Installation was easy; although the bolts were hard to get into the frame holes but the kit came with a cool fishwire to help with that.

I hauled my trailer and all my belongings to florida from Pa. without any problems. The hitch made it well.

of a scale from 1-10, I give it a 10.
nice product and easy to install.
